UK Returns 

Thank you so much for shopping with Maimie London! We hope to make your shopping experience with us as lovely as we can. Of course, if you feel something is not quite right and you have decided you wish to return or exchange it, you have 14 days to notify us from the date you received your item of your wish to return it.

  2. Maimie London will send you a returns label via email confirming the simple return options. 
  3. Quote your order number, specify what item(s) you would like to return or exchange and note your reason for returning.
  4. Please pack all items in original condition and packaging, with any original tags in place.
  5. Please include the original packing note within the parcel.
  6. Affix the prepaid shipping label that we issue to you to the outside of the box, covering any existing shipping labels on the box.
  7. Arrange a collection or find your nearest drop-off point as instructed in our confirmation email.
  8. All approved returns will be credited in the original currency, account and payment method used for the original purchase within 7 days.
 
International Returns
 
Our returns policy for international orders are the same as the UK, except we do not cover the cost of customs duties or the returns on sale items. The costs for any sale items for international returns are at the customers expense.
Returns are available for all items in the correct conditions. Notify us within 14 days of receipt and we will issue the labels for fast return. 
In addition, all necessary customs, fees and documentations for international returns must be provided by the you.
 
Exchanges
As an alternative, you may prefer to exchange your item(s). If so, please contact us within 14 days of receipt for your exchange and send your the items back to us promptly for an exchange of the same item in a different size or colour, based on stock availability. If you wish to exchange your item for an alternative product, you must notify us and your item(s) must be received by us within the 14 days of receipt of your goods and we will issue you with store credit to the value of the item purchased, following which you can purchase the new item separately. If your item is out of stock we will issue you with a refund.

Cancelling Your Order 
If you wish to cancel your order you have 24 hours to do so. Please contact us to arrange this.
 
Receiving A Refund
Refunds to you will be made within 7 days of the date of receipt. We will refund the price you purchased your item at - this includes sale items. Any shipping paid is not refunded. You will be credited to the original purchaser’s credit card including sales taxes for all EU/International shipments. This is excluding shipping charges and providing goods are undamaged and correctly returned. International customs duties and sales taxes are non-refundable for shipments outside the European Community (EU).
 
Returning Sale Goods
We request that all goods are returned within 14 days of the date you receive confirmation email from Maimie London  
 
Faulty Goods
If your item is faulty when you receive it, you can return it for a refund within 14 days from the date you received it. 
Goods are classified as faulty if they are not of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose or as described. Please note that items which are damaged or as a result of normal wear and tear; by accident; or through misuse will not be considered faulty.
In order to return faulty goods, please contact us and follow the returns process as above.
 
Repeated Returns 
We offer a flexible returns policy to make your online shopping experience even easier. We do monitor the number of returns made by customers, and continued returns will be flagged and may, at our discretion, lead to the closure of your Maimie London account or future orders being refused. 
 
Condition of Returns
Clothing
Please take care trying on items as all products must be returned in a new and unused condition.
 
Limited-Edition Or One-Off Products 
As these items are limited editions, please take very special care with any protective cover they may have, until you are certain that you wish to keep them. 
 
Colours
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of our products. However, as computer monitors vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any colour will be completely accurate.
